Additional Order Information & Policies

Ordering

• Orders must be placed 10+ days prior to pick up or shipping date.

• $10 fee / per lei for orders placed 5 to 9 days before pick up date or shipping date.

• $15 fee / per lei for orders placed 2-4 days before pick up or shipping date.

Payment

• For Orders $100-$499 a 50% deposit of your total is REQUIRED after receiving a confirmation order notification.

• Deposits will be applied to the total amount due.

• There is a 10% late fee for deposits that are submitted late. (10% of the total bill due)

• Remainder is due at pick up or shipping date.

• Accepted forms of payment: Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Cash App Pay, and Afterpay. Cash is only accepted for in person purchases and leis ordered for pick up.

• Payment policies on orders over $500+ will be discussed with customer.

Delivery

• Free pick up in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.

• $10-30 delivery or meet ups outside of town. Price varies on location.

• Customer will pay the cost of shipping and shipping supplies. Cost will be discussed and confirmed with customer.

Cancellation

• NO refunds for orders canceled 1-3 days from pick up or shipping date.

• Orders $199 and under receive a 100% refund when you cancel 4+ days from pick up or shipping date.

• Orders $200-499 receive 80% refund when you cancel 7+ days from pick up or shipping date

• Cancellation policies on orders over $500+ will be discussed with the customer.

Availability

• Please note all leis are subject to change based on the season and availability.

• You will be notified regarding any changes to your order via your preferred form of communication.
